The Principals of Onni Investment have more than 12 years combined real estate expertise in acquisition, value enhancement, asset repositioning, ground-up development, and land entitlements. Our experience enables us to strategically work with local government and community groups to establish a new paradigm for our urban environment.
Our Values
Nicosia in North Cyprus and Istanbul in Turkey are the largest metro areas and also home to significant number of international students. With a strong economic engine – in large part fueled by educational institutions and medical tourism – the Nicosia and Istanbul economy continues to see persistent growth and strong demand. As Onni Investment addresses the diverse real estate demands, needs, and desires solely on the N.Cyprus and Turkey, our hallmark is our collective long-term strength as residents ourselves.
From our commitment to the Onni’s solid relationships across all aspects of the development cycle – from listening to voices in the community, to working with policymakers, capital sources, architects, engineers, construction companies, project partners, brokers, and ultimately to our valued tenants. Along each step, we seek to provide solutions for highest and best use properties and true enhanced quality of life. In terms of expanding our presence in UK in 2022, we are planning on developing a project to meet overwhelming student housing needs in Bournemouth, UK.
