This fancy multi use building will be developed into a 1700-square-meter Class A mixed-use retail and residential building, located in the vibrant Central Dumlupinar business district of Downtown Nicosia. The project was thoughtfully designed by Onni Architects to support local businesses on the ground floor retail space and provide a beautifully landscaped public open space to the neighborhood. Entitlements have been granted and construction commenced in the winter of 2021, completion by December 2021.
